Track Work

I read on line that there was going to be an all comers track meet on the 4th in Amity. The paper said 8:00 so we got the girls up and ready. We got to the track and nobody was there. When people started showing up to set up, they said the paper was wrong and it was really at 11:30. The girls were disappointed they didn't have other kids to run against but we did some running anyway. Eliza LOVED it, and Adie had fun but wasn't as excited as Eliza. Eliza ran three laps with a huge smile on her face saying "oh my goodness this is so much fun" They also had several races and then made us sit in the stands and cheer as they ran the straight stretch.
