WOC 2012

the crew: we went from 6 kids last year, to 9 this year, and will have 11 next year.  After looking at last years blog post from this weekend it made me realize how non competitive I was this year. Sorry ladies, I'll be back next year.

 We were able to come up with a bouncy house this year, which really helped us ignore the kids.  We might even be purchasing our first "time share" so we have them for future get togethers

 All of these pictures of Ashlynn with the Cheetohs weren't taken at once, we had to detox for a couple days after this weekend

The newest addition was Simone, she was a smiley little one too!

 Love seeing the little twins and what it takes now that we're removed from that stage of feeding, changing, sleeping (or not sleeping).  When we asked the girls their favorite thing about our weekend, playing with the babies came in third behind Cheetohs and the bouncy house

We had another successful Weekend of Competition.  And by successful I mean we had a lot of fun and got to catch up with everyone.  This year we did paint ball target shooting, basketball, frisbee toss, and a yard game.  Guys won basketball, frisbee, and the yard game.  The ladies won everything else.  I still think we should get bonus points for pregnancies or nursing mothers, I'm sure the guys will agree next year when there isn't as much of that going on.  It's been fun this week to listen to Adie and Eliza talk about the fun they had. I hear them saying things like "remember when Eva jumped and we were cracking up at her?"  or "Remember when Big Jesse said no girls allowed and we were cracking up at him" I know this is a weekend the kids will start looking forward to as much as the adults do.
